Built in 1905, the Grand Building is comprised of two floors. The top level hosts Salt Lake's largest permanent wooden dance floor, complete with vaulted ceilings and majestic chandeliers from the historic Hotel Utah. The lower level is an immense room with over-sized, extravagant entryways each side.

The basic rental fees do not include storage rooms, set-up or tear-down, operations staff, security, parking, insurance, materials, exhibits, utilities or equipment. Full estimate will be provided before agreement is issued
