  • The key to our success is clear: we have become an asset not only for the city of Alpine but for all the communities around it. On any given day you will find people visiting the gallery, the sculpture park or the gardens, with the majesty of the mountains as a backdrop.

     

    It is this atmosphere and the ability to make you feel the center of something bigger which makes us the perfect place for any of your life celebrations. It is this uniqueness what makes the Alpine Art Center stand out among the numerous event venues.

     

    Indoor Ceremonies – $175
    Includes rehearsal, chair set up & take down, and music.

    Outdoor Ceremonies – $225
    Includes rehearsal, chair set up & take down, music, and shepherd hooks.

    Outdoor Reception – $300
    Includes 10 tables, black iron rod chairs, music, set up and take down.

    Outdoor Reception

    Move your reception outdoors! We will move the sign in table, cake table, and the round tables (linens included) with black iron rod chairs, and food outside.

     

    Outdoor Reception: $300

    Note: Outdoor Reception fee is in addition to the Rental Fee. An Outdoor Reception is defined if 5 or more tables are outside, AND/OR the food is being served outside.

    Centerpieces

    We offer black lanterns, hurricane lamps, fishbowls, and 12” circular mirrors, and Christmas greenery as centerpieces. We will set them up for you. Note: We will light the lanterns and hurricane lamp.

    Black Lantern, Hurricane Lamp, and/or Fishbowl $5 per table
    Mirror $2 per table
    Seasonal Greenery $2 per table

    Other Rental Items

    Projector $50 - TV $35

    Additional Tables $30 (table, 8 chairs, linens and table runner or topper)

    Upgraded Table Toppers/Overlays additional cost  
    Outside rental option for Chair Sashes $1.50 each + $50 Delivery and $20 instilation fee for tying chair sashes
